After listening to consumer feedback, we knew there was room to improve the taste and texture of our bars while maintaining the light and crispy texture. We embraced the opportunity to re-invent our bars while still maintaining what makes our bars unique. In order to add in tasty inclusions like whole almonds, dark chocolate chips, oats, toasted coconut, peanuts and flax seed, we had to sacrifice a few grams of protein per bar, while still keeping our bars high in protein and mindful of sugar.
